Olders Online is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for everyone, KLM Technology expects all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner. KLM Technology reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game, on the official website or in any other part of KLM Technology's services. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:
a) Insulting names:
- Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable names.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
b) Invalid formats for names:
- Names that contain parts of phrases (except alliance names), poorly formatted words or absurd letter combinations.
- Names that contain the words that refer to the Staff (e.g. "ADM", "GOD", "CM", "GM", "TUTOR”).
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
c) Names that do not match the server rules:
- Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Olders Online Rules.
- Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: ban until the player changes his name.
a) Spreading false informations that can cause a population reduction or damage the server reputation.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
b) Offensive statement against Tutors or Staff.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
c) Impersonating a member of the Olders Online Team, not being part of it.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
d) Make announcements and accomplishments of "Free Items".
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of KLM Technology's services

b) Intentionally exploit the game's weaknesses.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
a) The Help Channel is restricted to clarify doubts. It must be used for any questions regarding: game mechanics, quests, items, addons, accounts, updates, etc. It sure that the channel must be used for questions. Any player who uses the Help for other purposes such as: complaints, discussions, jokes, spam, sales, advertising, etc, will be punished according to the rules.
Punishment: mute, account ban or deletion, depending on how many previous bans the player had: 1, 7, 30 days.
b) SPAM is forbidden: "to send similar phrases in a short period of time".
Punishment: mute, account ban or deletion, depending on how many previous bans the player had: 1, 7, 30 days.
c) Is prohibited any type of disclosure that contains the name of a server that isn't Olders Online.
Punishment: alert, account ban of 7 to 30 days or deletion.
a) Is forbidden to block other players from accessing boats and depots.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
b) Is forbidden to block quests and caves in order to harm a third party have free access, if there is evidence of a battle between Guilds, this rule does not apply, it only applies depending on the analysis of a Gamemaster.

a) Is illegal/forbidden to sell any virtual content such as: characters, gold, items, houses, etc, using real money or anything that is not Olders Coins/Store Points as the currency of exchange. Examples: Dollar, Euro, Pound, Real, Bitcoin, Tibia Coins, etc.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

a) Manipulating the official client program: Manipulating the client program to try gaining an advantage compared to other players is not only extremely unfair but may also cause serious errors in the game.
Punishment: permanent ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
b) Using additional software to play the game: Keep in mind that you are supposed to play the game yourself, not to have a tool or program play it for you. Doing so gives you an unfair advantage over players who invest time and effort to gain power. Using unofficial software such as a program or a so-called "bot" to automatically execute actions in-game for you. Thus, play fair. Using additional software to play the game such as cheat programs is not only forbidden, but also poses a high hacking risk. These programs - especially if offered to you by other players - often contain a virus, trojan or some other sort of backdoor through which a hacker can access your computer and take over your account. It is highly recommended not to ever download and use such a cheat program. We have the (Trainer Module) integrated with the client but if you want use a macro for training purposes it's allowed but not recommended for your own safety.

c) A player's house is your sole responsibility. if you provide access to other players who in order breaks the server's rules, all will be punished.

d) Playing with more than four (clients/characters) per IP Address.
Punishment: alert or account ban. If a suspicious activity is detected under a Proxy the Gamemaster has full right to apply the ban. (The gamemaster will analyze the situation).
a) Our team does not accept reports via E-mail, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The complaint must be made via (CTRL + R) inside the game or by (Ticket System) on the website. The Gamemaster will analyze the case based on the server's rules.
Punishment: mute, alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).
Violating or attempting to violate the Olders Online Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of KLM Technology and can be imposed without any previous warning. These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.
