Refund Policy

Don’t like what you bought? If you’ve recently made a purchase through the Olders Online Store and want a refund, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find all the info on when you can refund and how to begin the process. Olders Points are virtual currency to purchase exclusive products in the In-game Store.

When can I request a refund
  1. Purchases which have been made within the last 7 days.
  2. The Olders Points and products must be on your account.
How can I request a refund

Sign into your account on our website and click on the "Open Ticket" button. Select (Create) and open the ticket with the category (Payments). If you have questions about the refund process, please send an email to "[email protected]".

How will I get my refund

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and Nostalrius may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.
