Quando o Tiranus chegar aos 80% de vida será sumonado um Exchanger, um monstro que troca mana por vida, ou seja, usa Mana Drain nos jogadores e poder curar o Tiranus caso esteja perto dele. O Exchanger é permantemente invulnerável. 

Aos 65% de vida do Tiranus, são sumonados 4 Eye of Tiranus, monstros que causam um dano considerável a cada 2 segundos nos quatro cantos da sala.

Aos 50% de vida do Tiranus, é sumonado outro Exchanger na sala.

Aos 30% de vida do Tiranus,  começam a aparecer Fields que quem passar ou ficar em cima recebe 350 de dano.

Aos 30% de vida também, são sumonados 4 Eye of Healing, monstros que irão curar todos os monstros na sala até serem mortos.

Por fim, aos 20% é sumonado mais um Exchanger.
